Sometimes, life seems to be going well but then something happens... loss of a loved one, change in employment, conflict in a relationship, a life transition, difficulty sleeping, loss of motivation, isolation, anxiety attacks, feeling overwhelmed... all of a sudden, you start to experience inner turmoil, which starts to impact your ability to engage in day-to-day tasks. It may even seem like these changes in mood, behavior and motivation came out of nowhere or it's been boiling inside for some time. Talking to loved ones, either has not been helpful or may not be an option. I'm here to tell you, you are not alone.

Asking for help is not always an easy decision and you may not necessarily know what services are available or the best for you. However, I'm glad that you're here researching your options.

Family Support Services

Having worked directly with clients who struggled with Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders, I witnessed the challenges loved ones face as they attempt to understand the drastic changes in behaviors. The lack of family education and support can lead to family burnout and, subsequently strain the relationship, which, too often, leads to the estrangement of clients from their loved ones during their most vulnerable time.

Using my years of experience and expertise, I provide you with support as you navigate the mental health system by helping you understand the changes and challenges your loved one is going through. Through these family support sessions, I offer hope in a compassionate and healing environment.
